May is elections month… Get your name out there, to make a difference.. Remember, Complaints at the bar are meaningless, Suggestions at a meeting are priceless..
If you would like to get see branch’s flag flying – make your vote count by donating in the Battle of the Flags. The money raised will assist with getting our Hall floor stripped and rewaxed…
Legion Lottery will be drawn on April 30th at 6:30pm.. The Aux has a basket raffle in the lounge, which is drawn tomorrow.. The items are: Silver Patron Tequila, Gran Malo spicy tamarindo liqueur, Spicy Margarita mixer, Bacardi Rum, Seagrams 7 Whiskey, Four Sixes Vodka, Robert Mondavi Merlot, Andre Brut Champagne, AND Misc. Goodies. Drawing to be held the evening of March 31st.. Tickets are $5 for 8 tickets.
We are also looking to see if there is any interest in putting together a Victory Casio trip.. If you are interested in attending one, please notify our 2nd Vice if you would like to help get something put together..
Remember when you show up in the Lounge, to be proud to show your membership card. Also if you have not renewed your membership, please do so. Remember also, that the post can not process credit cards for membership… If you plan to pay via credit card, pleae visit https://www.mylegion.org/ and pay with your card there.. The post only handles checks, money orders, and cash..
The post has upgraded to a new access system. This system requires a new card that is electronically read and unlocks the door during business hours. To get your card, please stop by the lounge and write your name (please print) on the green card and turn it into the bartender. The adjutant will process the new card for you the next day. There is no cost for this new card, but if you lose the card, there will be a $5 replacement cost. If you have already done this, please stop by and pick up your card from the bartender.
